Risk and Revenue Management in the Chinese Auto Loan Industry

The automobile consumption credit business promotes the development of industry. However, current system in China requires further refinement. Thus, loan is associated with certain risks, and company profits are often negatively impacted by clients who default on loans. Based data, this article leverages economic financial theories consumer risk control to construct a logistic model predict customers' probability. Then, quadratic regression established determine optimal commission structure balance profitability incentives from retail stores. Results show that macro-level variables probability good behavior. personal level exhibit positive association. In addition, negative coefficient profit equation indicates presence an inverted “U” relationship between commission. Corresponding suggestions put forward.
